The airline is fabulous. I love traveling with them. Happy, helpful people, great prices, and clean, comfortable planes. The app, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst app ever in the history of apps. It hardly ever opens, when it does it doesn't remember me, doesn't have my flights, points, or preferences. Nearly anytime I want to do anything, I have to go to the website instead. Sure wish they would fix it.

Wonderful airline with great prices. I've flown sapproximately eight round trips over the last few years and my observations have been consistent. The FLY BREEZE app is awkward and unreliable. The user interface is not user-friendly. After four or five tries I was able to complete my reservation, however I lost my initial choice of seats. The promised base fare discount was _not_ applied. This is the third time I fell for that click bait.

App was glitchey and not intuitive on Android phone, kept restarting, wouldn't let me move on to luggage page. Had to keep restarting and lost the last extra leg room 2 aisle while restarting for the 20th time. Finally asked my wife to try on her phone, also a Samsung Android. We signed on at the same time with the same info on the same acct and she got a price that was $10 less than mine, I paid the extra because my phone finally completed the process. Satisfied w/ on plane service n/ safety.
