LMN Crew

Terrible implementation. Features are missing from the old app that I used. The route set by manager will be missing a stop or two on the worker side. The instructions for the job are sometimes actually the instructions for a different site and things appear and disappear during the day. We've had to reley on our paper route sheets. And so many errors.

Stops working, errors out, has issues connecting. Micro manages, makes simple tasks far too complex it is a disaster. Breaks itself while in use! Does not have an offline option.

Not user friendly. We have LMN for our CRM software and haven't implemented the LMN Time app yet so when we heard that LMN Crew was going to be amazing we decided to go forward. Way too many things to select to clock in/out. Does NOT flow like a good work app should. I wish it was like Sitefotos or CompanyCam because those apps are very self explanatory and simple. I'm very much considering switching to another software. LMN help is terrible. Been with LMN for 3 years & very little improvement.
