Tried picking up my order, there was an error & to retry again pop up. Thankfully a employee was outside for me to let them know that I was there trying to get my order. Order pick up wasn't free before but now it is so that's a + at least. *Update* I stated my comment prior to this 1 cause the 1st few times I used this app; it wasn't free to do order pick up. Even when it was over $100 there was still a $5.99 fee for order pick up & $10.99 for delivery. Other users that I spoke to agree.

Hi Josie- Our fees have not changed. For pick-up orders from $50.00 to $99.99, Shopwoodmans.com charges $4.95. There are no fees on pick-up orders over $100.00. Delivery orders are $50.00 minimum and have a $9.95 delivery fee.

Edit: This app has improved and I am using it regularly. The Woodmans tech support is actively helping. I would love to see a help line in the app instead of reaching out through reviews. Original: This app has been updated recently and still gets 2 stars. Worst parts: they got rid of the ability to make lists. Instead of improving on this feature, it was illuminated completely. Also, a ton of ads. Best part: At least the Buy Again section has categories now so I can find my stuff.

great user interface and payment process for pickup. regular user for years. enjoy the Altoona staffs work ethic and conversation. no issues other than I no longer buy fresh. too many issues with quality but I've also had that at Walmart. I plenty of save time and money on pickup for everything else 20 more getting fresh what I want is fine by me.
