Worst app ever. Love the idea behind this but makes things more complicated. It's the router gets reset the times and schedules reset, and the names of the devices. This is one issue among many for me. Half the time all my connected devices don't even show up, and now for the last week the only profile is mine, I had 4 people set up with profiles. I'm about to cancel this because $10 a month to have no control and spend way to long opening and closing app to get it to work is bs!

App is not stable-disconnects from modem frequently. My kids get locked out of their devices because the app will work one min for me to pause/block their devices, but when I go back later into the app to turn on their devices, I get an error message "app cant connect to the modem." I still have wifi connection on other devices, but cant get the modem to talk to the app. Need to constantly unplug& plug modem back in to reset! Annoying!! Called midco-(again)sending tech today. Ugh!

Works half the time at most. When it works this app is solid, you can view all the devices connected, reset the modem, pause access to a device. It is very handy with kids. Usually it won't connect though, even when wifi is working fine the app says can't connect, then we call midco, then they reset something, and then it might work. Really it is junk overall.
