The worst pay for lunches app ever. The option to pay by e-check is there but when I go to pay a balance or add money, it says the payment method isn't allowed. They do that so you pay their 4 dollar service fee just to add money. The look is very dated and boring. The max amount of 120 is ridiculous. I should be able to pay a whole year and not have to do it in batches where I keep getting hit with the service fee. Shame shame!

The application and overall service provided by MSB is nothing short of headache inducing. The application itself is insanely slow to load, but they also have the audacity to shove a subscription advertisement in our faces. I'm only using this application because my school district made the unfortunate choice of using this company. Strip the unnecessary junk and make it so I can load accounts faster.

This app is terrible. The website is just as bad. The only problem I ever have, and it s a big one, is logging on! - it just won't. 9/10 days I attempt to get in, error messages, or says I'm already logged in but won't let me leave the notification page and get into my account. Only option is to go "back" to login page and be told I'm logged in over and over. Phone, laptop, uninstall, reinstall- over a year this keeps happening.
