Possibly the worst airline app I have ever used, with so many issues, but the most unbelievable was, while boarding on a DUB to BOS flight, my boarding pass for the first leg of the flight just disappeared from the app after my wife had her pass scanned. The flight info was still there, our boarding passes for the second leg were there, but not for the first leg. Her pass and mine were gone, leaving me on the wrong side of the gate with no boarding pass. Unbelievable!!!

The app simply does not work. It doesn't matter whether I enter my Saga Club number or my email address, I get the same error message each time: "You haven't verified your account. Please check your email for a verification link." But then they never send the link. Checked spam folder. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing. Reached out to customer service multiple times on the glitch. Their responses were useless.

Easy to find what I was looking for most of the time. I am not sure the app has any real advantages over the website,so I am expecting a flood of marketing from "partner companies". Not looking forward to that. Quite hard to find the boarding pass to print it in advance. Lots of ads for upgrades, food, car rental, but since they work on my husband who bought food, they obviously work, so I'll live with/continue to ignore them. š
