I think the biggest and confusing problem for most , including me, is that there isn't a button to take you to the billing, usage area. When you open your account app be sure to tap your home address listed. That will take you to where you need to be. I use a Galaxy 8+. Thermostat adjustment has glitches.

The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

There used to be a next bill predictor but it disappeared out of the blue! They refuse to tell me Why? Also, The budget billing is very confusing. I was $32 in areas and to make up for it I had to pay $560 over the next two billing cycles to make up for it. The HELP desk, customer service was very, very unuseful!
