The actual workouts are great. But the functionality and even the example workout videos are lazy. The app seems like the bare minimum. Since it's a paid service I really expected more. Since I'm experienced in working out I can still benefit from the workout info. If your new to working out this will do little to help inform you

Love this app. It has a lot of progressive, goal-oriented programs. Workout interface can improve: "Next up" can come up a little higher since the current workout fills only half the screen; the upper left "x" button should be a pause button instead and options should differentiate between completely discarding the workout and continuing later; needs option to automatically include (and intentionally skip) warm-up; warm-up screen needs to be swiped down every time to stop the workout timer.

Awesome, Props, Damn near perfect.Also Perhaps this is because I havent upgraded yet, but I'd recommend adding more editing options on the times you do your workouts on calendar. I'd like to be able to edit the workouts I did, if I did them later than scheduled. perhaps I used to watch chris already, and got the app today. I should be able to post yesterday's workout, or a workout I did earlier today, and or be able to copy paste workouts by clicking the days, instead of editing it all daily :)
