As soon as I paid, I couldn't log in. All I got was a message saying there were technical issues. I uninstalled app, reinstalled. Restarted my phone, went thru all Troubleshooting suggestions, nothing works. Then tried to find a way to contact them but their contact ph just loops u thru FAQs & Impossible to find a phone # email physic address - NOTHING. So. After dealing with this for hours I canceled and went to the highly. Trusted Nord VPN service. Huge disappointment STAT AWAY FROM THEM

Love the new Double-Hop feature! It really helps with fixing unsecure connections and weird/suspect constant "mandatory" human verifications while searching and surfing on Chrome. The only thing is, it disconnects frequently. It doesn't stay connected unless I open/reopen the IPVanish app frequently. Anyone else experiencing this on their Android device? Is there a known fix? I'm set to always connected to VPN via IPVanish, and connections are blocked without being connected to IPVanish VPN....

Slow speeds. Bad service. No refunds. I saw a 96% decline in speed to 2 MBPS while using IPVanish. Technical support was unable to fix the problem and kept repeating troubleshooting steps. I prepaid for 2 years, which was a big mistake. They refuse to refund any part of what I paid and I have over year left. Most VPNs have a 4.5 star rating or higher. This one has lower than 4 stars for a reason. Don't use!
