this last update disabled the search destination function such that one can no longer search for a destination. it just sits there with no results. It also does not update the vehicle last park location. This app was working okay after the last update, and then about a week ago, things started falling apart. Is like some of the library functions either have errors or the app no longer has access to them. whatever the cause, this is very annoying.

constantly having issues with this app. It always has a message stating it failed and to try again, doesnt keep my mileage and location updated and I can never get my car to lock or start. Currently, when I attempt to sign in I get a message that says its taking longer than usual to sign in.... Please wait. This has been going on for the past 5 days. Its very frustrating to pay for a service and cant get full use of it. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

Lexus app need to be updated, polished and glitches free. I have been having issues with the app from day 1. It fails to load and freezes. Can't start the car from the car....I have an android phone, I disconnected the VPN, and the app started to work. I shouldn't have to disconnect the VPN, but it's cold outside and I need to warm up my car in the morning. I hope this tip works for you too.
