The app is great help. Fast to make payments and great and easy to look for everything you need.

App has serious bugs. I changed my auto payment bank account and every auto payment still goes to the old bank account. The customer service is even more pathetic, they don't respond back even after several followups. I reminded them multiple times last month and yet again they have done auto payment from the incorrect bank account.

I have been using the website to pay my monthly payment. Now downloaded this app and it is unable to identify my credentials. Tested my creds on the site then tried again, sill it can't find me. Garbage I say. I have been developing softwares myself for 22 years. I dont need a walk through on how to login. :) ::5/29/2022:: Reported the problem a month ago but Junk still broken. I guess tech support is junk too. :)

What’s new

We’ve made several updates to enhance your mobile app experience, including clearer notifications when Autopay is canceled or a payment is returned. We’ve also upgraded our Servisbot to offer support for HELOC loans. For added convenience, you can now receive your multi-factor authentication code via call or text.
