Creepy app. No way to manage subscriptions and payment methods within the app. Instead , you will be redirected to website and go through authentication again. Awful user experience developed on purpose to get advantage over the users costs.

To disable subscription and delete payment data, please log in to your profile on the full version of the site, then click “Subscriptions and payments” - “Manage subscriptions” - “Disable subscription”. You can delete your card in the same section - “Payment Data”. If you still have questions, support is available 24/7.

Worst support ever. I wanted to watch Sillicon valley. Even if the choosen language is English its plays audio in russian and all support is interested in is what device I use. Fix your audio files. They ask me to make a video of the issue. Sure let me do your job for you instead of you making some research to fix the problem...

This app is excellent, and my wife enjoys it. However, the lack of English audio options in Live Channels is frustrating. Some channels have audible English in the background, yet Ukrainian dubbing is prioritized. I contacted Megogo support twice, once a year ago and again six months ago, requesting an option to select the original English audio, particularly for Viasat channels. Sadly, this issue remains unresolved.
