While the app's UI is very basic and unaesthetic, it still manages to serve its purpose effectively. However, I have experienced issues with the express checkout feature not working properly, which can be quite frustrating. On occasion, I've had to go through the entire ordering process again. Despite these issues, the app is still okay and gets the job done.

Barely usable, default to their preferred payment option and doesn't let me remove it or set my own default - this has caused issues with charges going where I haven't planned. Interface sometimes crashes when trying to order basic items, everything is on a different screen, so it is 300 clicks to do any simple task.

This app mostly works to help order food from my company cafeteria remotely. However it often freezes/crashes on the checkout screen the first time I enter an order. I have to kill the app and restart it and enter the order a second time. At that point the checkout screen works. Issue has occurred with Pixel 4a and Pixel 8 phones.
