🚫This app is TERRIBLE!!!! I have notifications on, but i Never received a notification to change my air filter....And why did i even install???? I can set a clock alarm on my phone to remind me!!!!! Good thing its not common for me to rely on others to remind me to do something...You can only depend on yourself to get things done on time...Uninstalling right after i hit submit on this 1 Star Review!!!!🚫

I liked being able to monitor our home's air quality and filter life. However, when it came time to replace the filters, I was only able to get a regular filter. Unfortunately, neither the app nor the website was able to set up a manual replacement reminder, nor was either one at all helpful. Therefore, I will be deleting the app from my phone as well as my account and shall resume writing manual monthly reminders on my calendar to check the filters.

It's pretty pointless. In fact, the "Smart" filter is just a gimmick. The app has no idea what the real condition of my filter is. And the reported air quality is from a weather station that is miles from my house. I live near a freeway. So my filter gets dirty pretty fast, but the app doesn't have a clue. Don't waste your money on these filters.

The Smart Air Filters use a sensor that calculates filter life based on air flow and usage by detecting changes in air pressure over time. This requires that data is sent from the sensor to your app via Bluetooth connection - if you want to ensure the most accurate filter life you'll want to ensure that data is updated at least weekly.
