I had good experience using this app. I would love to see "dark mode" since it's very important for me to protect my eyes, it's hard to use this app in a dark place. Another thing to add up, is to put a reminder or a message whenever your subscription to your Internet plan ends or before it ends. Would love to be able to renew a certain plan before it ends, whenever I try to do it, I receive a message saying that I'm already subscribed to this plan. Overall would recommend but it can be better.

it is so bad. it is not working The verification code is never sent, although there is a space in messages. I found it a common problem. Why is that? in the past, it was great using it, but now it is useless šŸ˜• šŸ˜‘. Why should I install it as long as I have to go to the ground branch. hopefully, you work on fixing this issue and restoring the services again. I used to save time and effort šŸ‘Œ I used to use it on the app store and it wasn't working too.

The worst telecom app in the middle east and on top of the that the worst possible customer care service for mobily.They literally damn care for their customers.If only there was a negative score/star in the rating. The data, balance, package details are extremely difficult to access with nothing being clear, add to that obnoxious load times. Feels as if ungergrads could do a better job at maintaining a telecome app. Such a waste.
