My experience with Novo has been very easy, I am more than pleased! Straightforward app, I feel that my info is safe with them, and their customer service is spot on. 2025 Edit: They also just saved me from two false charges. My virtual card information was used and there were two large charges that tried to go through, in Europe. These were declined immediately and I was saved from a huge loss. THANK YOU, NOVO!

I've enjoyed having an account here until just recently. Twice now, they've instantaneously locked me out of my account due to a fraud alert WITHOUT notice or even giving me the courtesy of asking me about the questionable transaction first. Both times have resulted in lost time and frustration due to the security features that won't allow me to reset my password, which they require, and performing an uninstall/reinstall of the app.

Application locks up when creating an account. First attempted on desktop browser, then installed app which also uses a browser to create an account. After proceeding a single step, I'm always stopped by a large n that has a spinning icon. I've tried multiple browsers, different computers, disabling VPNs. It's unable to process my information after providing my brith date and SSN number. I'm very disappointed and cannot trust this for fintech.
