I like the app because I can order and pick up and save time. Usually save anywhere from 10-15 mins depending on the mornings. I actually don't mind paying the .50 charge. I know it's a cost for doing business. The reason for 3 stars is that you dont have a reward system. On average, I spend about $40-$50 a week. Yet no rewards. Please consider a reward system for your loyal customers.

Biggest pet peeves about this app: -Still doesn't allow you to upload or use gift cards for payment. Please fix this! -Doesn't allow you to add notes on your order. It has a "special request" option but it's prefilled. -Doesn't save favorite locations. Have to search each time. -Would be nice if they brought back the points system both in-store/online. I usually do all my orders through the app so I can grab it and go in the mornings, but this new app makes it very difficult now. Please fix it!

UPDATE: cart fixed for Android. Thanks!! A way to type in requests would make it perfect but I'm revising it to four stars. PREVIOUSLY: Like all other reviews - app looks good, you can add drinks to the cart but then there's no way to check out. No cart. From talking to people in line, it works on iPhone but not Android. Also, old app allowed for typing in requests. Now it's just a list. If your special request is not on the list, you're out of luck and have to order in person.
