Tried to book parking. I had to extend the time by one hour due to an event they offered before the game I was going to. All the app did was give a loading circle. It never moved forward. When it did finally move forward, it showed me the time I wanted. I booked the time frame, and it reverted back to the original one. Customer service was zero help and a waste of time. Do not recommend it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I prepaid for all-day parking while attending a conference. When I arrived at the garage, my code didn't work. Wasn't recognized by the reader, and so in order to park I had to take a ticket and pay AGAIN. I submitted a refund request, and three days later haven't heard anything. And I needn't have done it at all, there were plenty of available spaces in that garage, I didn't need to throw my money away. This app is like a tax on anxious people!

Bought a parking pass ticket thru StubHub that used ParkWhiz. Finally found at parking gate but couldn't transfer parking pass to ] member after filling prompts in with their email. I called cust serv but got a recording, so I left my # & email. I did forward your email to them. Hopefully, they can use it to scan code at the parking garage. I'll let you know. The event is in 4 days!
