I've been a long time customer. it's really upsetting that their app is not functioning correctly where I can get in touch with someone from the Help Center. I keep getting error messages. I've reached out to customer support via email. no one has responded to me. *Edit: Finally got a response via email. The Help Center and Support links in the app still aren't working though.

great service, pretty good app. it would be nice to be able to go back from a product detail screen to the search results and not have to scroll all the way down to where you were just looking. if it's possible to "remember" where in the list the user is looking, so they can select a product, read the details, and then go back to continue looking exactly where they were previously.

excellent way to get products with financing, direct deposit payments make sure that it's paid before you even notice it. only complaints are some of the mark ups on certain things seem kinda steep (though they do need to make a profit too) and the selection could be better for certain things (monitors, tvs, and computer parts come to mind) helped me make sure I could give my kid a good Christmas when money was tight. much better than some other options (RAC, MDG, etc )
