I switched from GlossGenius to PocketSuite because it offers all the same features—online booking, payments, client management, reminders—for a much lower cost. It’s simple, customizable, and does exactly what I need without the extra fees. Plus, their customer service is amazing. If you want a professional booking system without overpaying, PocketSuite is the way to go!

I've used PocketSuite since it first came out. My photo business-just needed an app to do basic things for clients/organization and I was able to do that(w/ older free version) for years. I have a 2nd business account with PocketSuite as well. The level of response & customer service is outstanding and is definitely part of what keeps me. They are always improving. It includes many features like online video links for clients, chat, invoices, whatever you need. Worth the $$.

It's very useful for massage therapists! The intuitive design makes your job easier to run your own business. The tutorials guide you and the zoom calls are beneficial especially when you're getting acclimated to the app and set up. Their goal is to support you and to give you the tools you need to grow your business effectively!

What’s new

This update contains several bug fixes, and feature / performance improvements. Several issues with setting up reservation check-in and check-out times, team members were unable to remove their own calendar blocks, bump the number of smart tasks allowable per smart project to 15, ensure sales tax is applied for products when marking appointments as paid, completely redesigned desktop user experience, fixed a number of reporting permission issues for admins on desktop.
