Resets after requesting verification code. Well I have to leave the Quantumn app screen for my text msg app for verification code. But when I go back to Quantum app. It does not stay on the screen so I can paste in or type in the code. HELL NO! Quantum app resets all the way back to the login page. It recycles. It sends a code you leave app to retrieve code only to have app restart at login to repeat again. It SHOULD stay on the page waiting for a verification code. Jeez its not rocket science.

Downloaded the app, and all it says is error! Can't log in or do anything! Alot of good that does! Update: it's now a month later, and I still can't log into the app. Still says error when trying to open it! It's very frustrating and has no point in "downloading" an app if it doesn't even open to use!

Using the previous version I was advised I needed to update the app, so I did. I tried to use my signon info, said it couldn't find me. Answered security questions, said I don't exist. Tried to re-register, can't get past where I create my password, although I met all the qualifications. I'd think you'd want the app to work so you don't overwhelmed with calls...but I guess I have nothing better to do than to sit on the phone for 40 mins.
