This app is completely unusable and gets worse with every update. The weekly ads don't show up and are constantly outdated. To make matters worse, the digital coupons always fail to load. There's been dozens of times I'll go to the store and would need to call the manager because the app failed to load the digital coupons. Even the store employees agree that this app is complete garbage. It's beyond frustrating! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Your dev team needs to get their act together!

I hate this app. It is slow and unstable and I also hate the klunky design and flow of the app. Strangely Ralph's, like Food 4 Less, is a Kroger company, but the Food 4 Less and Kroger apps are both so much better and faster than the Ralph's app. Also, I use the print ad version on the app to view weekly specials, but they took away the ability to zoom into the ad, so the print ad on this app is basically useless because it's impossible to read without zooming in.

Shopper was fantastic 'Artur'! Only the Ralphs App, dropped one of my items (I didn't notice) and didn't add-on an item after order placed, though it stated, "changes saved", and didn't reflect the lesser price on the App receipt after checkout. I Ckd my bank and the total did show the correction. All in all, everything was received in good order, and the Cust-Serv is good too, with Instacart & Ralphs, both friendly and helpful!
