Permissions needed for RightTrack users

● RightTrack uses foreground services to enhance user safety, ensure accurate trip recording, and provide valuable feedback to the user regarding their driving behavior. It's essential for detecting when you start a drive and to accurately log the route taken, driving behavior, and other relevant metrics.
● The service is activated when you begin driving. This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity.
● RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

App is great, but the customer service is not. Policy increased almost $500 randomly. I received a notice of "a change" 3 months after it started. I was told I never submitted a form. But it was not a part of my initial paperwork, nor was it ever sent to me. I'm looking at my dashboard, email, spam folder, junk folder, and nothing outside of my welcome packet, payment reminders, receipts & the change email. They removed a discount that they refuse to take back to inception. Lost a customer.

RightTrack is a scam! I drove slow and carefully for well over the minimum mileage and they conveniently flagged me for enough violations to get the 10% discount that signing up for right track already awards (the discount doesn't stack). there's no way to dispute when the app incorrectly reports a hard break or fast acceleration; you're completely at their mercy, and the app is wildly inaccurate! All insurance companies are a scam!

The app is very inaccurate, it didn't record many good trips I made, but selectively showed some trips which gave me braking event even though I was totally driving normally, no hard break at all. Some comfirmed good trips disappeared too. And the default setting of you are the driver or not for new trips keeps changing too. Feels like the app doesn't want you to break at all? It says track 120miles, but after 200miles, it suddenly tracks again and we didn't remove Uber trips which got 5 events.
