Getting started

Simply download the app using data (charges apply for the initial download), but once you’re set-up, there are no data charges when using the app. As long as you have a connection, your banking is ready to go!

Transactional features are available to Standard Bank accounts held in South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Lesotho, Malawi, eSwatini and Namibia. Keep in mind that some types of payments include transaction fees.

This app is broken. I have the most recent version and it refuses to sign me in. It does not even have the Scan QR sign in link that the pictures show it has. Yes, I have the most recent version; it's the only one available. Yes, I'm trying to sign in on the app and not the website. Attempting to sign in with my password sends me on a loop of "Sign in failed. Device is already registered."

Once again, I am having an issue with the Tap & Pay feature. The app stated the transaction was successful, but then the payment was reversed, and I was unable to pay the service provider. I had to walk all the way back to my vehicle to get my card to pay the service provider. I am at a point where I'm looking at an alternative bank that can address their app issues.

Frustration is an understatement, I recently moved banks and have been trying for the past 2 days to log in, but I'm unable to. The app doesn't have the scan qr code option on the mainscreen to easily connect to internet banking. It only shows the forex icon and nothing else. Whenever I try to add my account, it tells me that it's unable to but my card is active. Please help!!!
