Quick to load. Easy to use. I'm so very appreciative that it makes my life so much easier! It's a pleasure to be able to do my grocery shopping this way. My only problems were when it initially didn't accept my order, I had no idea why that happened. It turned out that they had an expired credit card on file. When trying to update my order before it was sent, the additional items weren't included. The fresh fruits and vegetables were top quality, and the grocery items were as described.

Still getting used to website. Like that they keep previous orders. Availability is as good as it can be due to shortages. Prices have increased (just like everywhere else). "Shoppers" do great job. Customer service (for online shopping) is excellent...truly! Any concern, no matter what, is addressed almost immediately. All "problems" solved. Thank you Evergreen! Update: Sale items frequently out of stock...ofcourse don't know until shoppers completed shopping. More to say...no space.

I received exellent service. I used the online order form. When I had dificulty I was able to call and get immediate help. The ordet came on time I received e-mails asking about substitutions. The delivery person was polite respectful and helpful. The food was exellent quality and very fresh.
