I did the free trail and it was everything I was looking for. Nice layout, it allows you to choose a similar exercise if you are unable to do the one from the plan. Great meal ideas. I joined for the entire year. Maybe a little voice motivation wouldn't hurt. I like to hear that once in a awhile but this app is what you need. Some many videos and different trainers that can help you reach your goal. I did have some issue at first but Karl from customer Svc helped me with everything I needed.

The original app was 100x better. It seems each week there is a new bug. Now it interferes with music and does not allow you to select an exercise in the workout, you have to go in order and scroll through each exercise. Also when you try to swap an exercise, it does not always work. The tracking is wildly inaccurate as well. It is a major hassle to work through the app. It is a shame because the content is great.

Great, but workout moves lack some explanation. On the single side moves it is not clear how many reps to do for each side. Do I do all the reps on one side then the other? Or do I split the reps in half? Occasionally two similar workouts are back to back. For example bicep curls then cable single bicep curls. Wouldn't it be better to put a different move between? Other than that I enjoy the app. Good structure and the recipes are nutritious.
