Love Tony's, hate the app. It's too slow, takes too long to load, and product images are too small. Most of the time you can't even tell what the coupon is for because of the tiny image or description is cut off. Many times all you can see is part of the brand name. It's more useful to describe what the product is. Don't even bother with the app. Just go to the website and clip your coupons there.

App stopped displaying prices. I have logged out, and back in. No improvement. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does not show prices for individual items. Ads display, and list function works, but does not show prices, both on home page and individual items selected. Very unhappy, as I am a regular customer, and this makes my shopping there a big pain.

The digital coupons are inconvenient to clip. They are also inaccurate and can't find the items in the store or no one is aware of the free items. Unsure of what rewards you receive for the points you accumulate? I suggest you make it a lot easier for your clients to use the app or allow them dignity to clip coupons the old-fashioned way. Otherwise unfortunately I can see Tony's losing customers like seniors or people who don't have the patience to clip coupons etc
