Touchtunes just saved me a ton of money! removing benefits i earned for spending an obscene amount of money. Highest tier in loyalty program; removed 2 free fast passes from my account. sometimes, that's the only way to hear your song without paying 5 times the normal cost. No more of my hard earned money.. Half the songs I want to play are mysteriously missing from the app anyway..

While I really like th concept of this app and service, the fact the the venu can override it is crazy. I selected a couple of the songs while everyone else was as well, only for the venu to then decide they were not going to run the service and play an in house DJ. Then the app listed my songs as having been played. I reach out to them and they refunded me less than 1/4 of the credits I used. I won't be using this junk again.

While I wish it was cheaper to play tunes, it's an easy app to navigate and is generally up to date on current music. Wide variety of music. All jukeboxs in establishments should be able to play music throughout the day without meeting a criteria or fee, but, that's not directly related to the app. I do wish there was a bit more specific playlists/organization but that's a personal preference.
