I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

I am becoming more increasingly frustrated with the changes in total wireless. After purchasing a card and putting the pin number in, I continually receive messages that I owe money. There is no reason I should owe any money. In addition, I lost a forty dollar plan after applying the pin when trying to solve this other person's issue. Edit: Contacted support and spent nearly an hour and a half waiting and they close to the conversation while we were in the middle of discussing the $40 card.

Worst customer service and total service experience I've ever had. App is also very difficult since upgrade. Upgraded phone to get Disney Plus for 6 months free but I had to pay for it. Customer service said how unfortunate. Can barely talk to customer service due to language barrier. They keep adding money to my bill then threatens to shut off. I'm shopping around for a better company. I would have given -10 stars but not available
