1) cannot get my account number because I don't have my user ID 2) cannot check my user ID because you need my account number 3) online banking with paperless statements and no debit card (hence no physical account number)... never had such a failure loop with an online bank before. now I have to call customer service and waste both of our time when I should be able to see my userID with SSN.

My first getting this app, I'll have to get monthly payment paydays. But this seems what I'll been looking for a while back. I'd give a five star.But Please fixed this passwords sign-in I'll tried numbers time's but no getting doñe okay? I happen to know my password but this app keeps repeating the application over and over and over whatever need to be done ✅ come on now I'm set up for the Long runs.Pls Fixed This App ok!

I'm frustrated after downloading the app. I can't sign in it says it doesn't recognize me. I go through the chat and I'm supposed to wait for someone to help me. I had no problems with SunTrust. So every time I want to do anything with my account I need to go through your website. Very unethical and unprofessional.
