I have loved this game forever! But with the latest update it gets to level 11 where it introduces the Christmas gift feature and then freezes.. I've restarted my phone.. un-installed and reinstalled at least 2x. Nothing works. Can you please fix this bug so I can keep playing my favorite game? Thank you!

Really it's a 2 1/2 stars. I was originally looking for something like the old Zuma and came across this. At first, it was really entertaining and I started to prefer to play this over others. But as you got to higher levels, the "Hard" were becoming ridiculous. I would get a 20 or 40min unlimited amount of lives however it would take you 20+ min just to pass a Hard or sometimes not even a "Hard" level. So really those unlimited min were a waste. It became frustrating & I just stopped playing.

It's pretty cool, but the chain moves too fast most of the time, and the shooting of the balls from the frog's mouth is slow. It's annoying that these power-ups spawn in areas where you just can't shoot the balls fast enough to be able to get the power-up, because the damn things disappear too quickly. Other than that, it's a pretty cool game to download and play for 20 minutes for the mistplay reward. I really don't think I could play it longer than that.
