Awful! This app just keeps getting worse. I want to update my photo, it won't let me. I'm told it needs permission for my camera, which it anyway has. Then I try to upgrade my membership to add guest privileges, but it won't let me. This is junk, nothing works on the app. Wish you'd just bring back the bar code cards. It's the only thing we use this app for anyways.

App doesn't show any of the fitness classes in the new update (4/1), the home page only shows the referral link. I tried to send a free gym pass to a friend and it didn't send at all. They make you take a selfie in order to check in, but the camera is so picky it took me probably 20 minutes to position it *just* right to take that picture. It is not a good app.

The facilities are solid, but the app only works as expected about 75-80% of the time. I've been going to Vasa and using the app for about 4 years. I understand they aren't a tech company, but even so, the app quality is very mediocre. Crashes, missing info, and sections not loading are a weekly occurrence.
