I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

Originally, I gave this app a 1 star review, the app didn't work correctly, the requirements needed to register, (both the app setup, and an internet registration) far exceeded what the app could actually do. But recent improvements have make the app actually useful. There is still more that can be done, but it's much better than it used to be. You can now remotely turn the box on and off, and adjust the amount of power it outputs.

My charger works fine but this app is useless. You can't see anything if you step away from your charger (which makes zero sense as it's suppose let me have remote access) and it doesn't let you use any network that isn't WiFi, my wifi doesnt reach the back of my property so again, it renders the app useless. I can't stand anywhere where both the charger and wifi work. Zero updates on usage either. Disappointed in the app. Doesn't do what was promised
