Constantly disconnects, constantly logs me out, god forbid I leave the app running in the background...it won't ring unless it's up front and center. Oh and the minor thing of, I can't change the ringtone as well. It's horrendously annoying. I wish I could use my own ringtone. Terrible app, deserves negative starts. No point in using this. I wish my company would switch to a different application.

If I could give this app ZERO STARS I would! Not only does it not work correctly but their own help desk couldn't even figure out the problem. I called them 2x's a days for 4 days straight and nothing could be done. They just gave up! I was missing an option in this app of the remote softphone and every rep I spoke to just could figure it out. I reinstalled this app several times, rebooted my phone, tried the desktop version and even tried installing it on a brand new phone. Nothing! So sad!

Old app wasn't perfect, but at least it worked. Now this new WeConnect app is a total disaster... it renders the entire phone system unusable. And Windstream has a very poor customer service... We've been trying to get someone to help us with a myriad of problems for months with no luck... Stay away from signing a contract with them!!!
