This app is terrible! For almost 6 months it worked without a data plan then it stopped. Just a week ago it started working again without data then I logged on this morning and it's idiling. Every employee I have talked to complains about this app. The company needs to switch back to original. Phone sometimes ring and there is a busy signal at the same time it's ringing. Barely tracks recent calls, you have to constantly keep refreshing. The app is useless if you work remotely.

It's 2025 and this app still doesn't work. is there anyone alive and breathing at the development team? No calls to my desk phone ever come through to this "app." Never rings. I've done just about everything possible to troubleshoot.

0 stars. Very frustrating and disappointing. It doesn't work the days I WFH. It only gets a connection when I'm in the office and my cellphone is near my desk phone. I've check all of my settings and can't get it to work properly at home.
