Abhorrent UI. Notifications don't stack. Notification sound is a high pitched stabbing sound which, if it doesn't drive you insane, can literally hurt to hear. Reactions to chat messages are buggy, if available at all. Pretty much zero customisation options. Most features are terribly obsolete. The app itself is slow, and freezes so much it's almost unusable. This is the worst messaging app I've ever used. You get a smoother experience on Android Gingerbread.

Where to start. We just transfered from workplace, and what a downgrade. When you call, you can't hear that your calling, it's just quiet. If the app is not open, you don't get a notification for calling. When writing a message in the chat, the text and background are both bright colors so you can't see what you're doing. I can't have access to sending my pictures from my phone. Please get better

- no dark mode - no scheduled publishing - no "don't disturb" mode - constantly wanting permission to microphone and camera. Not giving the permission will constantly prompt you with an error. Coming from the Workplace app Workvivo seems like ages behind it. Now that they are going to shut it down, it's a great opportunity for you guys to integrate the features of the Workplace to Workvivo. But till then this seems below average.
