I think I need to return the clock because even though I finally got the NH-69 model connected to Bluetooth to play music, I cannot get the APP to detect the clock. So the controls for it doesn't work. The APP doesn't have the 3 little dots on it and when I go to listed devices...there's nothing there and no way through that menu to pair/connect the device. I've looked at YouTube videos for this model and they all just magically have the device name in their APP drop down. Mine doesn't. :( Sucky

It won't connect to the lights no matter what I try. I can go and unplug the lights themselves but it only activates the sound. I've tried turning off my Bluetooth, going into my settings, and restarting the phone. The only way I've managed to actually use the lights is if I use a remote, and even then it doesn't seem to want to work

It doesn't connect to my fandelier. I have an Android phone. I've checked my permissions giving it precise location. I've restarted my phone. I've turned off Bluetooth, and then turned it on within the app. These are all tips from other reviews. None worked for me. Outside of this app audio connects with no problem.
