How can you be blocking the couriers by listening to the users only , the couriers also need attention too. Blocking a courier because the user chooses an option that can favor him or her before canceling a trip is not fair. You have to do something about it

any order being cancelled you are blaming the driver not fair, some destinations are not safe guys. secondly when is the one cancelling no option reason as why he's cancelling.
