Starts off pretty solid, but the difficulty scaling is beyond unpredictable. I had a slow start to chapter one because I thought I needed my army's power rating to exceed my enemy's. When I finally got there I had them outnumbered roughly twenty to one and utterly demolished them with no casualties. Chapter two I literally cannot figure out how to progress because every army available for me to fight destroys my 30 barrack army of the best units available in a single salvo.

Really enjoying this game. Makes me think and strategize, but doesn't suck up battery or time. A few critiques: progression being random is bad (I need glass, but don't have a way to make it; needed to Google to find a solution, which was "be patient"). Tank units are statistically bad - fix this by giving them 2 chances (or more) to take damage, debuffs, etc. Game generally feels well-designed, but mechanics still need fine-tuning and polish.

fun game! After you unlock the crystals, progression slows down a lot in terms of completing quests. specifically the cave troll quest. it feels really slow to build my army, I just have to wait for mercury production but that is slow too. am I playing wrong or is it cause I'm supposed to pay $15 so I can unlock the rest of the spirit wells
