Three times in about three years that the app no longer recognised me, so that points and cash were lost in one of those times, and the other two times I was able to recover, albeit with difficulty. There is no mechanism for a change of email address, so if you innocently attempt to re-enter with a different email, you are lost. Do I still go to Tim's, yes, but not to put cash in the app. I pay each time with credit card. The app is inflexible, needs work.

It's a decent app that's gotten a bit better over the years. But, Half of the is usually menu missing (specifically, lunch menu basically never shows up). Is not a location thing either, there's many people complaining about this, just google it. Also, It's still weirdly slow if you're looking for "locations nearby" to the point where I'm basically unable to use and rely on fave locations as well.

Not great, the points QR code doesn't work half the time, the crossword word puzzle barely gives you any points, and there isn't a great selection of deals. It could be so much better if it actually worked well. Also the email confirmation code everytime I log in is super annoying and unnecessary! I would opt out of the added security if I could.
