(2/22/2025) Won't allow me to close the app. Forced stop didn't work. Had to uninstall app to close it. (1/26/2024) Won't let you transfer tickets to anyone with a United States phone number. The only friends that appear are people who have phone numbers outside the US. Looks like people have reported the issue since at least 2021. However, they did respond quickly (within 2 hours) and assisted me with transferring the tickets.

Hi Robert, from what I can see, your tickets were transferred to someone else. It doesn't matter which phone number is linked to a DICE account. As long as your friend has a DICE account, you can just transfer your tickets to them. Please have a look at our Help Centre: https://dice.fm/help.

App Kills Battery. I have to delete it each time I download it once the ticket is used. Probably ten times in past three years. It's been a few months since the last time I've had it on the phone. Went to a show last Thursday. I'm not a power user so I can tell when my battery is draining for no reason. Forgot I had the app downloaded. Past few days I've needed to plug in four hours early until I realized why. Phone is a Samsung S23 but I had a different phone two years ago and same issue.

Only ever bought venue tickets gigs not streams. Like the simplicity, no extra fees on top. Had problem logging in once to check I'd bought tkt & system took me in circles, but the team responded quickly. Update: 2 from 4☆, there is now NO customer support visible. The ts & cs for a s/o gig were suddenly changed; I was trying to add tkt to the wait list WITHIN TIME STATED but then not allowed. Yet you could add yourself to it to buy still! WTH! People can't buy if people can't sell! So stupid.

Hey there, sorry to hear you had some trouble with the app. Wait list return times are entirely up to the event organizers to decide upon. You can always reach out to dice.fm/help with any specific issues.
