It is pitty that Gopass do not support families, especially big families (min. 3 kids) There is no discount for them, when parents are skiing together with their kids. Look to many other european examples! Difficult to use, complicated and full of advertise...when I tried to use the gopass points, the sms to confirm to use the points, never arrived....

Good app, terrible company. Have hidden terms & conditions empowering them to block your account and will not discuss any reason or option to unblock. Ignored at desk, passed on via facebook and email declined. Bought a pass for 5 days for 1 person. Couldnt make second day so wife ski'd instead. Card was blocked and all further days lost with no ability to discuss or resolve. In any regulated industry this would be met with a fine but sadly they are allowed to get away with it.

Had trouble registering and gave a 1 star review highlighting the problem. Problem was fixed in days. Well done. I registered at the time using a web browser and can now use the app, and it works great. My only gripe is the map showing open slopes and lifts is hard to use on a phone. Remove the grouping function - I need to zoom in to view each item, but when zoomed in it is not pissible to see the whole map.
