American Heritage Mobile App

It used to be great but for the last 2-3 months it takes about 26 seconds to stop spinning and account page finally appears. Then it crashes when I move to another app and says the app stopped working would you like to wait or close. If I select wait all I get is a blank white screen. It says it was updated on Jan 6 but that update hasn't changed my experience

This app is becoming more and more frustrating to use! IT FREEZES A LOT AND SPINS, WON'T LET ME IN TO MY ACCOUNT. I have uninstalled the app many times, cleared cache, deleted data and IT STILL WON'T WORK PROPERLY. FIX THIS APP AND MAKE IT BETTER. IT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I'M SICK OF THIS. You're supposed to be making things easier for your members but it's become a nightmare trying to use this app. FIX IT!!!!!!

Only using this app to pay my car loan. Open app, bring up my car loan account, click pay. It comes up to this "transfer money" dialogue. Seemed weird, went back click pay again. same.. ok then. I can't remember payment amount so I back out again to check. Makes me get a new code each time I go back to that page. Annoying. So anyway, I send the money. Turns out it transferred the money to a savings account they added and I don't want. Why does it say "pay" but then do that? App is clunky trash
