I love this app so far, it gives you suggestions and goals you can complete to help with your mental health and well being. So far there have been no glitches on the app, it's easy to navigate and I feel so much better when I complete my tasks on here. truly a sigh of relief, it's helping me in ways I never knew i needed. highly recommend!
