Do not recommend to anyone for using this application / service provider. Regardless of whether you send the payment correctly, they will charge you additional expenses for payment return, even though you have done everything correctly (placed correct IBAN, submitted all document, etc.). Incredibly gpt-like communication via chats/emails, no human touch, no understanding of the situation. Only thing they ask is to understand their situation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER!

Be careful, confusing interface may cost you money! They offer common account as a top up option instead of the native IBAN account which is quicker and more straightforward, the better option is hidden inside nonsensical "manual" option. Thinking I was using the native account I didn't include the reference and was "rewarded" with lost time and hefty tax. Maybe that is the goal!

Terrible Experience – Avoid Dealing with this company was a nightmare. First, they demanded irrelevant documents like account statements and balance from other banks – completely unnecessary. Then, out of nowhere, they started asking about a copy of my royalty agreements, making the whole process even more absurd and frustrating. It’s all pointless bureaucracy with zero results. They waste your time!
