Love the images and graphics! Pretty good except for the following pain points: bank transfer option isn't possible, pass code never arrives when you're abroad (even with resend option), can't add the onesmart card to your Google Wallet. Beware of the exorbitant currency conversion rate so best to load the currency you need rather than using NZD when you're out of NZ. I do like that you can transfer between currencies. Never remembers your password but could be a security measure.

Can't take screenshots. The only way to contact their office when overseas is by telephone. There is no 0800 number, WhatsApp or email, just an 09 number. Very expensive. It connects to a Phillipine call centre. The staff are useless. Incapable of giving a correct answer. The exchange rates are not favourable. That's how they make their money. This is not Air New Zealand. It's Mastercard in the UK.

Seems to work ok, but recently got a new card which I activated using the web page. The app refuses to recognize the new card and continues to display the old card. Be interesting to see what happens when I load some more money. I can now add to the saga, the app says my debit card is an invalid number when I tried to top up today. Funnily, the web page had no problems with the same card, and the top-up work well. It's a useless app.....
