if its not working for you, SET YOUR DOWNLOAD FOLDER. once thats set it should just work. make sure you have the companion app for the other device. other then that, a first run setup walkthrough would be super helpful. and a feature that would make this the PERFECT app would be an ad-hoc file transfer. and a root way to save files.

I came from Google's Quick Share, which needs Bluetooth enabled, and the PC app kept disappearing. This is a breath of fresh air. If all your devices are connected to the same network, this is the tool to use. No Bluetooth enabling is required. It's simple to use, and the desktop app doesn't keep disappearing. It works everywhere there's a client. Superb!

The easiest 5★ review I've ever given. Intuitive, fast, cross-platform, free & open source, and simply *better* than any other file transfer app I've tried. The master stroke is the fun default nicknames for each device — which make for instan onboarding, but are easily edited. Can have set-up issues on Windows and ChromeOS, but those are more system issues, not issues with the app.
