Application is only as good as the service it provides. Unfortunately Postnord is a mess of a company, so is the app. One and only different from the website thing in the app is customer service which is atrociously bad in everything even if you are lucky enough and you'll get a response.

terrible customer service. you can't call them (you CAN, but the call ends in "I'm sorry we can't take your call now" even though it's within opening hours). They claim to have attempted to deliver a package, but the picture is of a red wall, and ours is yellow. chatbot is so bad and doesn't get you anywhere. finally getting to text customer service and an answer takes forever. on other occasions, I've been told my package will arrive "tomorrow". stay home; "sorry, delayed". Del. people are nice
