Completely useless app that keeps crashing. The "solution" to make it not crash is to completely change the way I use my phone. The developers refuse to acknowledge they are the problem, even though (1) none of the other HSBC apps for other countries have the same issues and (2) there is a flood of feedback on Play store and other forums telling them how their rationales and workarounds don't make sense. Terrible experience.

Makes me navigate to the accessibility settings of my phone every time just to log on. To disable some apps with elevated permissions. If this were really a security concern, all bank/broker apps would require this, but they don't. So this is just HSBC being a PITA.

your app is now preventing to log in citing reason that my McAfee anti-virus app is the reason. You are the first out of all the banking app that blocks me until I turn off the access from McAfee. And I can't cut and paste the web link published in ur notice to submit a report. The next thing i am going to do is to cancel my card.
