Need a version to do this on a computer. Phone screen is too small and strains my eyes. While it might be a "me" problem, having multiple ways to access your content would be better for you as a company. also when i asked about this feature, the response was unacceptable. it was instructions on how to download the app to my phone and asking what errors i was encountering...completely irrelevant and disregarded my concern like they didnt even read it.

We appreciate your feedback! While our current focus is on the mobile experience, we'll consider your request for a computer-based version as we evaluate future plans. In the meantime, you might try adjusting your phone's display settings to enhance readability.

We're asked to use this app to train at work. It's easy to use but unfortunately they don't update the content on it. So once you've done all your relevant training. It just becomes an irrelevant app. Then they sent messages out. Wondering why people are no longer engaging in using the app. I think is a bit obvious.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand the content limitations due to your OEM partnership. We're working with OEMs for more content and offer daily 'RockED Stories'. We'll check with your store leadership about a full subscription for wider content access.

Requiring training that is so lengthy that employees are required to do them off the clock and after work should be reevaluated. I already give up so much of my family time to potential clients that I find it demeaning and immoral to expect me to do hours worth of training outside of working hours. The app is full of bugs and often times requires us to re watch a video in order for it to count/register as completed. Work life balance is important to me and this is not how I want to spend my time

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate you bringing the training length to our attention – we've shared this with our content team. We're also actively working with OEMs to fix the Single Sign-On issues, and a new update was just released that should address most login problems.
